A syndicate is group of investors that are given the opportunity to invest in companies on a deal-by-deal basis. A deal is done by pooling together capital into a special purpose vehicle.

Bulletpitch+ investment fee structure?

Should you decide to invest in any deal we do, we do not take management fees on deals below $200k in allocation. We only charge blue sky fees based on the state you invest from. These fees are around $200 on average.
